1910 Harris County Courthouse
Although this a Houston Historical Building it is a working courthouse. Weddings inside the 1910 Harris County Courthouse can only be performed during weekdays.

Parking: There is metered street parking after 9:00 AM, and a parking lot across the street that charges $14.
Ceremony Availability: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM- 2:30 PM
Guests: 8 maximum including photographer

We are here to unite you to your happily ever after, however that may look for you. Whether you are looking for a traditional wedding ceremony with unity elements surrounded by all of your family and friends, or a short intimate elopement surrounded by as few people as possible.

Our Specialties
We have performed a wide variety of marriages, such as elopements, micro, mini, Christian, non-denominational, civil and same-sex weddings that can be performed in an English, Spanish or Bilingual ceremony. We also have many traditional unity ceremonies that can be added to your special day.
Elopement (starts at $150)
Skip the grand details, work and expense that come with a larger ceremony and experience something more intimate for just the two of you. We can travel to you or you can travel to our office at 205 Cottage Street, Houston, Texas 77009.
Short & Sweet – Micro Wedding (Starts at $225)
If you are looking for something short and sweet, that allows for a guest count of 20 – 30 with a short ceremony? This is the package for you. Service available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese or a bilingual.
Traditional Ceremonies (Start at $250)
Traditional ceremony. Destination weddings are also available. We travel to your location of choice.
Character Themed Ceremonies (Start at $300)
This is the package for you, if you are looking for a memorable, fun and themed ceremony.
Elopement & Photography Packages (Start at $500)
This is the package for you, if you are looking for an intimate elopement ceremony that includes a photograoher for your memories. We can even recommend fabulous small (in some cases free) locations, and offer various add-on’s for your one-stop shopping convenience.

We also provide general Notary Public services and will travel to your location for a small fee.
